Zhong shan Yao Wei Powder Unit Ltd. is a foreign company which invest by Tai Wan Rong Zhao company. Our relation company Green Guard is the most biggest garden tools production company in the Asia which established at 1991.
Our company has more than 20 years experience of powder metal technology and person ability in Tai Wan ,80% of our customers is foreigner. we have confidence we succeed at precision Sewing machine components and the high density and high intensity Auto parts.

Our company established at Chinese mainland at 2001. Our main production is brass, iron, iron alloy series and stainless steel series metallurgy part and those production used on the motor, motorcar autobike, Power tools, sew machine, gate lock, business machine and so on.

Our company now has 4,500 square metres. Total 130 employees, including 4 designers, 5 QC. and 14 people of the management, there are 55 people for automotive products thereinto.Our registration is USD2,570,000. In fact we invested USD5,000,000. Also this was the number for our 2004 business volume. At present our major customers are mostly the foreign company located in China, there are 30% parts exported to Japan, Hong Kong and Tai Wan. And 50% of it are Auto parts and power tool components.

Our production capacity per month is 150 tons raw material, and our fact production has been used 100 tons per month at present. This is means we remain 30% ability rest. This is one advantage, and the other one is 80% raw material is imported from Hoeganaes Company ,the rest 20% Chinese raw material is used to less strength parts. And another advantage is all of our production machine is imported from Japan and Tai Wan.

To meeting the Auto developing times, our company bought 26,000 square metres land to set up a new factory, at the same time, we are going to invest USD1,800,000 additional funds to bought more production and quality control machines.(The list attached).

We have achieve the ISO9001-2000 standard, and the TS16949 is on their processing, we plan to pass it this October. Now our standard is all depends on the ISO9001-2000, Pass the certification of TS16949 automobile industry quality management system.

Our future plans is :We have cooperated which some Auto company and we will hold this opportunity to achieve more in the Auto market. Together with the Toyota invested Guang Dong province, a lot of other Japanese auto company will follow up. It means we will meet more challenge and opportunity. And now we are on our way.
